Why do I need a credit card?

We are not immune to scammers and asking for a credit card helps verify you are a genuine bidder and over the age of 18 (for some restricted items). A small charge will be withdrawn and then deposited back to authenticate your card.

What other charges are there?

A buyers Premium may be charged (see the Terms and Conditions) on items. This maybe a set fee or percentage. A buyers Premium gives you Clear Title to the item you have purchased

What if the item is not what I wanted?

We have viewing before the auction but at time people do bid on the wrong item, unfortunately Asset Resellers or the vendor are not responsible and you (the buyer) will be charged accordingly. Speak to us straight away (we may be able to reverse the sale if the auction is in progress) or we can present the item for auction at a later date

Can I get the item sent to me?

Most certainly you can. This will be an extra charge to cover packaging and carrier which will depend on size, weight and where it is going. Talk to us ASAP so we are aware of your requirements

Where can I collect the items from?

Be sure to READ the auction detail. Everything is there for you to know about and where the auction is. Depending on where the auction is held we may not be located at the same address

Can I view the auction?

Yes, we do the best we can to describe and photograph every item but you are welcome to view the assets before the auction during auction viewing day, the day of the auction or by appointment

Do I have to bid if I register?

No, sometimes you may not want to bid

Do I have to register for each auction?

Only if you want to bid on those items

I have set my profile but cannot bid?

Have you replied to the confirmation email? Or you may have been blocked as we are awaiting payment. Please contact us

I cannot see or hear the auctioneer?

Is the auction a Live Streamed Auction or Timed? Check your settings on your device. Try logging out restarting your device and logging back in. If these do not work please contact us

There has been a deduction from my credit card?

This maybe the credit card verification or you have an unpaid invoice and we have had no reply from trying to contact you (see the terms and conditions of sale). Please contact us if you feel there is a mistake (they do happen)

I turned up to the site but no one was there?

Please read the information emailed to you with your invoice 

What do I bring when I collect my items?

It is the buyers responsibility to have the correct gear and staff (boxes, load restraints, contractors, etc.) to load the items into / onto your vehicle. Asset Resellers staff will only bring the item to your vehicle
