What is it worth? That depends on a lot of things are you emotionally attached to the item, are you unsure of its worth, do you have a value in mind but want to see what the market says? Asset Resellers offers the following for you

IN-SITU VALUE

The value of assets sold as a whole, remaining in its current location, and ready for a new owner to continue operations in a “turnkey” situation or use it as a "going concern". This requires a site visit, 2 – 4 days research with a written report provided.

MARKET VALUE

The estimated price an asset would sell for on the open market, assuming a knowledgeable, willing, and unpressured buyer and seller. A site visit is preferred, 2 - 4 days research and a written report is provided.

AUCTION VALUE

The estimated final price an item would sell for at a publicly advertised auction, where the price is determined by competitive bidding and can be higher or lower than market value. A site visit is preferred or at least very good photos and supporting information. 2 – 4 days research and a written report is provided

DESKTOP ESTIMATE

Emailed after limited very quick research based on photos sent through usual reply in half-a-day

FACE VALUE ESTIMATE

A verbal estimate done with no research, on the spot using photos or good description or seeing the physical item. Typically done free of charge
